About Talk of The Town Hairstsylists

Talk of the Town Hairstylists was founded in 1980 by Velma Ciccone in Leominster, Massachusetts. Talk of the Town was created to give the community a full service hair salon, of which it could be proud and that would cater to the young, middle aged, and elderly. Velma has been a hair stylist for over 42 years and has been in the wig business for more than 25 years. She gained her primary styling education in California and brought a new, modern approach to the East coast in the early 1970’s. She continues to practice her craft at Talk of the Town Hairstylists in Massachusetts, and works as a hair and wig consultant for WigCity.
